an international, Sofia-based research institute is recruiting full-time Coordinator “International Programmes and Projects”
The job:
- Administrative support for an international, Sofia-based research institute in the human and social sciences
- Monitoring and reporting assistance for ongoing research projects
- Assistance with the preparation of funding proposals for research initiatives, maintaining contacts with donors
- Maintaining contacts with the Bulgarian and foreign academic networks of the institute
- Controlling the quality and relevance of the printed materials issued by the institute
- Feeding in, and implementing ideas for the optimization of the functioning and the
visibility of the institute

Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written English. Close-to-native fluency is a big advantage
- Higher education with a profile in the human and/or social sciences
- Good computer literacy (internet, Windows, Word, (Excel))
- Experience in project / programme management
- International experience is an advantage
- Strong writing skills in Bulgarian and English
- Command of German is an advantage
